We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery at no cost to you.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original expedited shipping charges, when applicable, are nonrefundable.
All products are inspected before shipping. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund at no additional cost.
Because our products are individually 3D printed, minor layer lines, seams, color variations, and small surface differences are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage, excessive heat, modification, normal wear, or failure to follow product-care instructions.
